Sunny Leone opens up on protecting her kids from negative media reports
Sunny Leone is basking in the success of her latest web series ‘Anamika’ which is directed by Vikram Bhatt. It’s commendable how Sunny has created a space for herself in Bollywood with her dedication and passion for her work. Not only is she a great artist, but she is also a proud mother of three beautiful kids, Nisha, Noah, and Asher. Recently, Sunny opened up about how she is balancing her personal and professional life. She also shared how she plans to protect her children from negative reports in the future.
Speaking to Pinkvilla, Sunny shared how she is often trolled for treating her adopted girl child differently but that’s not the case. When asked how she plans to protect her kids from the media reports about her and her husband Daniel Weber, Sunny opined that honest communication with them would be the best solution. She was quoted saying, "I think communication is probably the best thing. I have to hope and pray that if something like that does get mentioned about myself or even Daniel, which I am sure that it will. I would be cuckoo crazy if I didn't think that it would happen. But I think that communication is going to be the best tool."
She went on to add that every situation is different and what’s more important is how we handle it. Currently, she is only focusing on whether the kids are happy in school or not.
Sunny added, “Most of the things I do with the children is- communicate a lot. I talk to my children a lot, and I drill them with so much information and try to get them to understand. Honesty is, I think, the best policy. You can't lie to your children, they are going to find out the truth."
Currently, Sunny is occupied with her upcoming projects which include the South Indian film ‘Rangeela’ and ‘Oh My Ghost’. She will also be making a guest appearance in the film 'The Battle of Bhima Koregaon'.
